I am not willing and not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Sec. 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).

4. Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages in accordance with general law. Pursuant to Sec. 7 DDG in conjunction with Articles 4 to 8 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), however, I am not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which I become aware of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware of any such infringement, I will remove the relevant content immediately.

The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. At the time of linking, the linked pages were checked for recognisable legal violations; none were identified. Permanent monitoring of linked pages without concrete evidence of a legal violation is not reasonable. Upon becoming aware of any legal violation, I will remove the relevant link immediately.
